The ECHOMETER 1075 provides for automatic probe recognition, a large clear graphic display with bright background illumination, an extensive storage capacity of 9999 readings with documentation software, and is a lightweight but sturdy device.
A very successful and cost effectively solved application in Foundries with this gauge is Nodularity Inspections in Cast Iron components with the help of sound velocity determinations.

The newly launched EHC-09DL WAVE ultrasonic thickness gauge is really, state-of-art ! It is the world's smallest thickness gage with live waveform, world's first ever gage providing a unique COLOR A-Scan display, B-Scan, through paint thickness measurement and possess an extensive data storage capability of 50000 thickness readings (5000 waveforms). Practically, a Live Waveform is necessary and also critical to many applications in refineries, petrochemical and fertilizer plants, nuclear industry etc to ensure that the displayed thickness value is correct. e.g. High temperature thickness measurement. The UPG-07 Series is the world's first ever precision ultrasonic thickness gauge with a COLOR A-Scan. For measurement of precision parts or measurements with high accuracies, precision ultrasonic thickness gauges are necessary. Precision measurements are mainly performed for in-process and incoming goods testing purposes i.e. to ensure the dimensional accuracy of new parts. Morever, such measurements also serve as an intermediate dimensional check in high precision machining processes.
The UPG-07 can provide upto 100K thickness datalogging, operates on 2 AA batteries, measures all engineering material, vibrates and changes color on alarm, offers a simple user interface with storing & recall setups for multiple material types etc.
The UPG-07 is available in multiple models - in monochrome or color displays, from basic to fully loaded versions.
